I am writing to say thank you to you and every member of your team, for the wonderful care you provided for Mum. We know Mum enjoyed the jokes and banter she had with all of you. We would have struggled to care for Mum without the excellent support provided by your team. It was a pleasure to get to know you all, over the couple of years you were providing the support.
